The Season of Lent begins with the observance of

Ash Wednesday, February 13.  A self-guided time of reflection will be offered between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. in the church sanctuary.

Lenten Organ Recital Series

begins at noon on Ash Wednesday, February 13,

at North Christian Church.

Confirmation Class begins on February 24 during the Sunday School hour, led by Pastor Dave.  This faith journey is open to all youth age 12 and above who want to explore what it means to be a Christian and a United Methodist.  Confirmation will be Sunday, May 19, 2013.  Please contact the church office at 372-4555 or asbury@asburyumccol.org by February 3rd.

The Asbury Valentine Gala

Sponsored by the Asbury Men

is Saturday, February 16 at 6:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.

A grand evening is planned with a gourmet dinner and delightful entertainment provided by Janie Gordan's North High School 25th Street Singers.  Tickets are $8.00 per person and are available on Sundays in Fellowship Circle.  Couples and singles are welcome.

Music At Asbury

On Saturday, February 23rd, 7:30 p.m.

Indiana University Harp Ensemble

will perform a variety of quartets, duets, and solos.  There is no admission charge but an offering will be taken.  Invite your friends.

United Methodist Mountain Mission

will be at Asbury on March 5th for pick-up.  Items need to be at the church by March 4th.  Items needed: children's winter and summer clothing and shoes, men's winter and summer clothing and shoes, small appliances and all other usable items.
